Two cousins, one red truck
Marisol and Beto grew up eating their grandmother's pastor in Monterrey. In 2019 they bought a retired bakery van, painted it the loudest red they could find and started parking outside breweries on the east side.
Today the truck feeds office lunches, night markets and a lot of weddings. The trompo still turns from 9 in the morning, and the tortillas are still pressed to order.
